Simon Marks is an exceptional leader in Bayside.

For over 40 years, he has volunteered in scouting.

Though Simon has held significant roles, including as an Honorary Commissioner in Scouts Victoria, he has always been committed locally to seeing young people succeed and learn.

Congratulations to Simon on his recent awarding of the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to youth.
