Mr NEWBURY (Brighton) (10:13):

For the fourth time residents in Plantation Avenue, Brighton East, have waded through water shin deep.

For the fourth time their street flooded.

Residents believe inadequate cleaning and lack of maintenance of the drainage system may be contributing to the repeated flooding.

Residents should not have to put up with ongoing damage to their homes.

South East Water and Bayside Council need to act.
