Victoria is in crisis under Jacinta Allan and her two closely watching colleagues, Ben Carroll and Gabrielle Williams.

Our streets are not safe, economic vandalism is rampant, and Labor’s decision to proceed with the Suburban Rail Loop will cause generational damage to our State.

For the good of our economy, the Premier and her Ministers must immediately rule out signing any more contracts for the Suburban Rail Loop. 

Signing additional contracts now, when Victorians are struggling with cost-of-living pressures and the state has no plan to pay down record debt, would be nothing short of economic vandalism.

The Allan Labor Government has already driven Victoria into financial peril, which is at risk of a further rating downgrade by credit rating agencies. 

Our state simply cannot afford another blank cheque for Labor’s failed pet project.

The people of Victoria deserve better. They deserve a government that prioritises essential services, community safety, and responsible economic management over a project that we cannot afford.

It’s time for Labor to rule out mortgaging our future for their own political gain.
