Mr NEWBURY (Brighton):

Every Victorian is under threat of a new tax on the family home, with the Treasurer considering replacing stamp duty with an annual tax of at least $4000 per house.

One Minister has described Labor’s plan as ‘bigger than the GST’.

Labor should come clean on whether they intend to tax every family home.
